Hard, rolling or soft-sided
Hard coolers such as the Igloo Latitude, Profile II and Maxcold, the Pelican Elite, the Grizzly and the Bison lines hold ice longest and take the most abuse. Roller coolers (16 to 100 qt) are the better choice when one person carries a full load. Soft coolers like the Grizzly Drifter and the Bison SoftPak are lighter, fold down in the truck and are easier to hand out at events.
Sizing
A 4 to 16 qt cooler covers one person’s lunch and drinks. 25 to 30 qt fits a family day out. 45 to 70 qt is the usual size for tailgates, boats and job sites. 100 qt and larger, including the Igloo Party Bar, Polar and Sportsman coolers, are for events and fishing trips.
How the logo is applied
Most coolers are decorated with UV DTF or vinyl transfers, full-color panels or screen printing. Some premium models (Taiga) offer a logo molded into the lid and a custom body color.
Plan for shipping
Large hard coolers are bulky and heavy. Freight is not included in the product price, and on 70 qt and larger models it can be a large share of the order total. Ask for a shipping estimate with your quote. Production runs from about 2 to 15 working days depending on the brand, and some items list “please inquire”.
